We limped into Loa with our very sick Silverado, with no idea what the problem was. We were a very long way from home, coming from Canada.
Gary and his team diagnosed the problem thoroughly and accurately and 24 hours later we were on our way, without another worry. They were a Godsend in my books!
Brian's offers great customer service and is resourceful/efficient. After messing up a CV-axle trying to make it up to the Cathedral Valley campsite, I barely made it down into Loa and found Brian Auto Parts the following morning. They immediately set me up with an appointment and had everything fixed with estimates in a couple of hours. I felt relieved and comfortable knowing that Brian's wasn't trying to gouge me on the labor or the parts. Overall, an excellent and affordable experience, definitely will come back if I ever have any more car troubles in the desert.

Gary Brian, the owner, was extremely nice in dealing with is. We pulled into his shop with a busted hub on our Ford truck. He let us stay at his shop in our cab-over camper for the 36 hours it took to get our parts and repair the damage. Friendly and caring, his entire staff was wonderful.
When our car overheated during a trip to Capitol Reef, Gary came to our rescue! He towed the van to his shop 30 miles away, gave us a1-800 number to call because there was no cell service and payphones cost $5/min. He started late that night testing and diagnosing the car. He surprised us THE NEXT MORNING by showing up at our campsite before we even called to check the status of the car. The van was already FIXED! Gary showed honesty and thoughtfulness to our family that we are so thankful for. He really took care of us like we were his own. Thank you, Gary!
