We got the 300.00 ranch house room while not a price for 8 people the room was....
Beautifully decorated and looks to be well taken care of. Pulled in at 1030 and used the phone to check in with Richard Davis very nice gentleman.
First off, there is poor lock security with an old fashion key- NO deadbolt or chain. The coffee maker next to the toilet? Yuck. Do not expect a thermostat in your room either... I guess you can open and close the room vent. odd it is advertised as a 3 star, it is not even close... my experience was closer to a 1 star motel. What is even more shady is the advertised price online is NOT the price you pay, as you will get a sneaked in 10% "booking fee" and the staff attitude is essentially, "Too bad". My advice is keep driving and find another place.

Great hotel! Very clean, cute rooms and decorations. Come for the southwest feel. Extremely polite gentleman at the reception. Helpful and guided us on our journey.
All this I'm sure was a slight mistake by housekeeping and I'm positive Mr.Davis will take care of all this.
Owner operated. By 82 year old veteran built and maintained by the same man. Beautifully decorated with western art. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. And a very nice price
Most people that complained in the reviews seem to be too picky.
The linens were fresh but no linen for the hide a bed, the restroom counter had hair on it, there was tooth paste left in the sink and the trash cans were not dumped. The counter in the kitchens had food on it and needed to be cleaned, the faucet dripped and the air conditioning unit was not working so even with a fan blowing the compressor did not work no cold air.
